Job description
The Account Director Adobe Private Capital (APC) role is a senior sales and strategic leadership position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focused on driving Adobeās growth through its Adobe Private Capital go-to-market initiative targeting Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Sovereign Wealth Fund firms. The role is responsible for coordinating and leading efforts across Adobe Digital Experience and Adobe Digital Media lines of business to drive value creation within global portfolio companies. The position involves working closely with analysts to identify priority portfolio companies, engaging with Operating Partners at PE, VC, and SWF firms to define value levers using Adobe proprietary insights and external data, and developing execution roadmaps with delivery partners. The Account Director builds and manages joint governance models, develops strategic executive relationships, drives adoption of Adobe technologies through business cases aligned to customer priorities, grows revenues across software, services, and support, and leads regional account teams. The role requires deep experience in software and services business models, enterprise digital transformation, change management, large-scale contract structuring, and multi-layered governance across executives, management, steering committees, and PMO functions, with a strong understanding of competitive positioning and market trends.

Key responsibilities
- Work with analysts to identify and prioritize portfolio companies that can derive significant value from Adobeās integrated technology stack
- Lead relationships with Operating Partners across Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Sovereign Wealth Funds to identify and activate value levers
- Define execution and value realization roadmaps with delivery partners
- Design, implement, and maintain joint governance models ensuring executive alignment and sponsorship
- Develop and sustain strategic relationships with customer executives and Adobe leadership
- Drive adoption of Adobe products and innovations through structured business cases aligned to customer priorities
- Grow revenue across software, services, and support offerings
- Lead and mentor regional account teams to deliver value at a regional portfolio level
- Coordinate executive engagements, customer visits, briefings, and ideation workshops
- Collaborate with Adobe marketing teams to drive engagement initiatives and events for PE firms
Experience & skills
- 10+ years of validated experience across Private Equity, Venture Capital, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Technology, or Professional Services industries
- Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and close large, complex, multi-faceted enterprise agreements
- Demonstrated leadership experience influencing senior executives within highly matrixed organizations
- Proven success delivering enterprise engagements through consultancy, technology vendors, or investment firms
- Background in enterprise transformation and change management with referenceable outcomes
- Experience leading digital transformations for marketing organizations
- Deep knowledge of digital transformation trends and Adobeās market positioning
- Experience developing and enforcing multi-layered governance models across business and IT stakeholders
- Practical experience building go-to-market plans between enterprise organizations
- Strong understanding of competitive landscape and positioning
- Willingness to travel
