Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Supervise and guide the store sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
• Ensure that the store operates according to GMG’s policies and procedures.
• Provide a high standard of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain store visual merchandising and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and stock replenishment processes.
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures.
• Conduct training and development initiatives for store team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the store.
