Job description
The Retail Marketing Executive at Sephora supports the Retail Manager across all aspects of in-store visibility and customer journey enhancement, with responsibility for in-store design execution including thematic animations, brand animations, store openings, KCPs, and 360 touchpoint coordination across multiple markets. The role involves end-to-end execution of animation processes including design, coordination, production, installation, dismantling, and messaging delivery, while liaising with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with customer journey requirements. It includes managing key documents, trackers, regional timelines, special projects, and communication with European and Middle East teams. The position oversees LCD/LED screen facilitation across markets, including resizing and customizing videos for Beauty Hubs, LCDs, and LEDs. Visual merchandising responsibilities span building and executing in-store designs for category fixtures, Beauty Hub design across new store openings, supervising quality control in production and installation, developing and rolling out fixtures regionally, maintaining category fixture budgets, and managing guidelines for category and permanent fixtures. It further includes sourcing service fixtures, assessing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and supervising fixture maintenance across the store network. Brand activation responsibilities include maintaining and developing animation fixture guidelines, coordinating design approvals and technical drawings, and ensuring brand animations meet Sephora Guidelines.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate execution and development of the instore animation calendar across the Sephora network
- Facilitate all stages of the animation process including design, coordination, production and execution
- Liaise with cross-functional departments to ensure messaging and touchpoints are relevant and impactful
- Coordinate timelines, documents and trackers across countries to meet deliverables and due dates
- Coordinate special project activity and cross-functional communication with regional teams
- Coordinate installation and dismantling schedules for animation frequencies
- Coordinate retail marketing support for store openings and events
- Manage yearly budget maintenance for Animation, In Store Marketing, Visual Merchandising and retail activities
- Manage LCD/LED screen facilitation including resizing and customization of in-store videos
- Manage the Regional Store Window facilitation across markets
- Coordinate execution and build in-store designs for category fixtures
- Coordinate Beauty Hub development and design across new store openings
- Coordinate design, production, installation and quality control for visual merchandising projects
- Coordinate rollout of category and service fixtures across the region
- Maintain category fixture budgets and ensure cost optimization
- Manage creation and maintenance of category and permanent fixture guidelines
- Sourcing service fixtures including supplier assessment and contract negotiation
- Supervise fixture maintenance end-to-end with all stores
- Maintain and develop animation fixture guidelines for pop-ups and permanent fixtures
- Coordinate approval of brand animation designs and technical drawings with internal teams
- Ensure all brand animations are executed according to Sephora Guidelines
Experience & skills
- Hold a University Degree
- Bring 2-3 years of experience in marketing or visual merchandising in a multinational organization
- Be fluent in English with strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel
- Possess strong communication and prioritization abilities
- Be willing and able to travel within the region for business as required
