Job description
Accenture is seeking an Oracle HCM Consultant with at least 4 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules. The consultant will be responsible for configuring modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and Recruiting. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand HR business processes, translating them into system solutions, troubleshooting issues, supporting upgrades, and maintaining documentation. The consultant will also support integrations and data migrations, contributing to Accenture’s digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
- Configure Oracle HCM modules based on business requirements and perform system testing.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business processes and translate them into system solutions.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to HCM modules.
- Develop functional specifications for integrations, reports, and customizations.
- Participate in system upgrades, patching, and release testing activities.
- Assist with data uploads and conversions using HDL/Spreadsheet loaders.
- Create and maintain documentation including configuration guides, training materials, and SOPs.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience with tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL), BI Publisher, and OTBI.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a dynamic environment.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (Core HR, Payroll, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with Fusion Security and Roles setup.
- Exposure to integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud).
- Experience working with global clients or in multi-country implementations.
