The Manager - Wealth Management at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is a key role within the Retail Banking Group (RBG), tasked with launching and managing acquisition, attrition, deepening, and cross-sell campaigns to grow market share and enhance customer experience. This position is responsible for tracking marketing campaign effectiveness, developing and streamlining business MIS reports, and implementing change initiatives for operational efficiency. The role involves monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring risk mitigation strategies are applied in compliance with banking regulations. Key functions also include policy adherence, performance reporting, and proactive customer service engagement, with a deep focus on aligning banking services with customer needs and market trends. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of retail banking, financial analysis skills, and a strong understanding of global financial markets.

Experience & skills
