Aftersales leadership across Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility's BYD business in Dubai relies on this MIS Manager for accurate reporting and insight they can act on. The role serves as a shared reporting resource for regional operations, technical and service teams, Finance, IT and Operations Planning & Intelligence. KPI dashboards are built and improved in Power BI, Tableau and Alteryx, and data has to be reconciled across systems, brands and branches before reports go out. Budgeting, forecasting and analysis of market, sales, financial and operational performance all draw on your work. With Finance, you validate targets, incentives, commissions, rebates and monthly entries. Service contracts and service pricing across AFEMC brands are developed here, with business packages and SMCs processed in SAP and system access coordinated through GRC. Two MIS Executives report to you, and Aftersales SOPs and QMS requirements shape how the team works. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in business analytics, information systems, finance, statistics or data analytics and 3 to 5 years in MIS, reporting, dashboard development or business analysis, with working SQL knowledge and SAP or automotive aftersales experience an advantage.
