Job description
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking applications for future opportunities as National Sales Manager in Saudi Arabia. This field-based role will drive the in-field execution of strategic sales goals across therapy areas including Oncology, Hematology, Immunology, and Neuroscience. The role is pivotal in team leadership, customer engagement, and alignment with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of business objectives. Applicants will be added to a proactive hiring pipeline for upcoming vacancies across KSA.

Key responsibilities
- Carry out a strong MCPoA to maximize output and ensure field execution
- Conduct systematic market and competitor analysis to adjust in-field tactics
- Manage departmental budget and ensure expenditures align with the business plan
- Train the sales team according to market needs and J&J credo values
- Foster strong customer relationships and conduct segmentation and targeting with product managers
- Make dual visits with team members to monitor field activities and customer interactions
- Scan the market for changes to boost organizational readiness and sales performance
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure market feedback and smooth coordination
- Lead product launches in collaboration with stakeholders and KOLs to drive buy-in and penetration
- Cultivate teamwork across departments to ensure goals and metrics are met
- Identify and develop talent with clear development plans
- Ensure compliance with Fleet Safety, FCPA, HCC, PBC, and local regulations
- Report adverse events and product quality complaints per pharmacovigilance guidelines
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Pharmacy
- 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Understanding of the local Saudi market preferred
- Strong performance track record
- Fluency in English
- Customer-centric mindset
- Strong planning and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Project management and facilitation skills
