This role leads and executes the B2B marketing and communications strategy for TMEA, with a strong emphasis on UAE and KSA across the Energy, Oil & Gas, Metals, and Mining sectors. The manager oversees multi-channel campaigns—including digital, PR, events, and social—to support business development, brand visibility, and regional go-to-market execution. The position manages a small team, collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape messaging, produce content, run integrated campaigns, and optimize performance through analytics. Responsibilities include developing regional marketing strategies aligned with global objectives, managing budgets and timelines, coaching team members, maintaining digital channels, supporting press and content output, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across touchpoints. The role requires strategic leadership, operational execution, and deep familiarity with B2B marketing in consulting or services industries.
