Job description
This role leads and executes the B2B marketing and communications strategy for TMEA, with a strong emphasis on UAE and KSA across the Energy, Oil & Gas, Metals, and Mining sectors. The manager oversees multi-channel campaignsâincluding digital, PR, events, and socialâto support business development, brand visibility, and regional go-to-market execution. The position manages a small team, collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape messaging, produce content, run integrated campaigns, and optimize performance through analytics. Responsibilities include developing regional marketing strategies aligned with global objectives, managing budgets and timelines, coaching team members, maintaining digital channels, supporting press and content output, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across touchpoints. The role requires strategic leadership, operational execution, and deep familiarity with B2B marketing in consulting or services industries.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional B2B marketing strategies aligned with global GTM plans
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, PR, events, and social platforms
- Support business development activities across TMEA with targeted marketing initiatives
- Oversee content creation, press releases, website updates, and marketing assets
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure ROI and operational efficiency
- Coach and mentor team members to build capability and improve performance
- Collaborate with leadership to shape messaging, value propositions, and thought leadership
- Manage analytics and reporting, using insights to optimize campaigns and guide decisions
- Build relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery
Experience & skills
- 7â10 years of B2B marketing experience in consulting, services, or agency environments
- Strong understanding of TMEA markets and ideally Chemicals/Petrochemicals, Energy, or Industrial sectors
- Ability to design and execute marketing strategies with measurable business impact
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English required, Arabic preferred
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Highly organized, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
