Stake, a MENA real estate fintech enabling fractional real estate investing via mobile and web, seeks a mid-weight Product Designer to own end-to-end UX/UI from discovery to delivery. The designer will translate business strategy, technical constraints, and user insights into elegant, modern experiences for mobile and web, operating within cross-functional squads across Product & Technology. Responsibilities include conducting research, defining problems, exploring concepts, producing rapid prototypes (Figma, Framer), and delivering high-fidelity designs aligned to a coherent design system and brand. The role champions design quality within the squad through release testing and design QA, contributes to and evolves a scalable design system leveraging Figma’s full capabilities (components, variants, libraries), and participates in user research (interviews, usability tests) to convert findings into actionable design improvements. The position requires 4+ years product design experience across the full cycle (research, ideation, launch, optimisation), at least 2+ years in B2C fintech or proptech with awareness of financial product UX and user trust considerations, professional Figma proficiency for mobile and web, Agile/Scrum collaboration with engineering, and demonstrable ownership via a strong individual-contribution portfolio. Must be located in Dubai or willing to relocate; hybrid work environment with exposure to senior leadership, equity options, L&D budget, and DIFC DEWS end-of-service scheme. Nice-to-have: experience designing and creating webpages in Framer.
