Job description
As an Advisory Solution Consultant for Low Code Platform Solutions at ServiceNow, you will play a key presales role helping clients realize business transformation through the power of the Now Platform. You will lead innovation workshops, develop prototypes, architect custom platform solutions, and act as a thought leader on enterprise low-code application strategies across the Middle East region. This role is ideal for a solution-oriented technologist with executive presence, fluent in both English and Arabic, and passionate about shaping digital workflows and automation.

- Drive innovative business solutions and digital transformation with enterprise clients in the region.
- Consult with customers to understand business needs and pain points, highlighting the business value of custom solution development on the Now Platform.
- Lead workshops focused on innovation, co-creation, development, and validation of solutions.
- Partner with core sales and solution consulting to qualify customer needs and identify high-value opportunities.
- Present at executive briefings, marketing events, and customer workshops as a subject matter expert.
- Architect and develop pre-sales solutions in collaboration with a cross-functional team.
- Conduct technical workshops, proofs of concept, and enablement sessions.
- Engage with the ServiceNow community as a thought leader in low-code development.
- Collaborate with Product Management to provide customer-driven feedback on new features.
- Keep up to date with platform innovations, trends, and complementary technologies to broaden adoption.
Experience & skills
- 8+ years of experience as a presales solution consultant, preferably in enterprise platforms.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering complex cloud-based or low-code solutions.
- Deep knowledge of low-code platforms, business process automation, RPA, and API management.
- Experience facilitating client-facing workshops and progressing initiatives to deployment.
- Hands-on experience with integrations via web services, JDBC, and basic SQL knowledge.
- Strong enablement skills with ability to coach and mentor technical peers.
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-level audiences.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
- Ability to travel extensively across the region, including to KSA.
- Experience in selling through partners and supporting channel strategies.
- Familiarity with agile prototyping and AI integration in digital workflows is a strong advantage.
