Job description
The role involves executing and supporting enterprise risk and internal audit projects for clients across various sectors. As a Senior Consultant or Assistant Manager, you will engage in Business Risk, Compliance, Regulatory Services, and Internal Controls, supporting innovation in service delivery and business development. Responsibilities include supervising junior staff, contributing to firm initiatives, and developing methodologies. You will apply data analytics, research, and risk tools while working with Managers to ensure quality and timely project execution, fostering client relationships, and upholding EY’s code of conduct and consulting standards.

Key responsibilities
- Effectively engage with clients and execute risk management and internal audit projects
- Support Business Risk services, Enterprise Risk, Compliance, Internal Controls, and Contract Risk Services
- Drive innovation in service delivery and ensure adherence to quality and risk management standards
- Assist in business development proposals and methodology development
- Participate in learning and development programs and knowledge sharing initiatives
- Train, supervise, and review the work of junior team members
- Ensure qualitative inputs and delivery of client-ready outputs
- Conduct research, prepare client presentations and thought leadership documents
- Demonstrate agility and adaptability across multiple sectors and cultures
- Travel to client sites as required
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering or related field
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CPA, IRM preferred
- Senior Consultant: Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management and internal audit
- Assistant Manager: Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management and internal audit
- Strong IT and data analytics skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse cultures and industry sectors
- Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Structured thinking and ability to break down complex problems
- Willingness to travel
