Job description
As a Sales Executive (Partnership) at Odooâs Dubai office, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the network of Odoo resellers and partners across the MENA region. You will act as the primary point of contact for onboarding, enabling, and growing these partnerships. The role focuses on identifying market needs, delivering tailored Odoo solutions, and using strong B2B sales and negotiation skills to drive partner engagement and product adoption. You will also be expected to support partner queries, train and educate them on Odoo offerings, prospect new resellers, and co-organize marketing events. The position requires fluency in both English and Arabic and a strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced tech environment. Key responsibilities
- Onboard and manage channel partners and resellers in the MENA region.
- Identify market needs, trends, and opportunities to drive Odooâs channel growth.
- Support partners with sales strategies, day-to-day queries, and technical understanding.
- Train partners on Odooâs platform and solutions, helping them succeed in prospecting and sales.
- Analyze end-clientsâ business needs and propose tailored Odoo services and licensing.
- Use negotiation skills to close deals and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Prospect and recruit new resellers to expand the channel partner ecosystem.
- Organize joint marketing and educational events with partners.
- Deliver high-quality software demonstrations to potential end-users.
Experience & skills
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or SaaS.
- Strong business intelligence and ability to analyze partner and client needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to fast-paced work environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage partner relationships and drive sales growth.
