Job description
The Senior Inspire Value Consultant role sits within Corporate Development & Strategy and operates closely with ServiceNow’s customer-centric sales teams, executive offices, industry go-to-market teams, and solution sales functions to identify, calculate, and develop compelling value narratives for ServiceNow’s most strategic customers and highest-priority growth initiatives. The role focuses on demonstrating how ServiceNow’s AI-enhanced, cloud-based platform impacts customer profit and loss statements by reducing costs, increasing revenue, and addressing industry-specific priorities and challenges. The consultant engages senior executives and C-suite stakeholders to elevate messaging, communications, and customer experience using strong financial acumen and an industry-based lens. Responsibilities include leading custom industry-aligned digital transformation advisory engagements, conducting executive discovery workshops, documenting insights, creating multi-year transformation roadmaps, and producing comprehensive business cases to justify action. The role also drives thought leadership through the creation of new intellectual property such as best practices, white papers, and workshops, while continuously improving ServiceNow consulting methods and frameworks. The position requires deep experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving, as well as exposure to cloud technologies, enterprise software, and management consulting. The role supports ServiceNow’s mission to make the world work better for everyone and may require up to 40% travel.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Engage senior executives and C-suite stakeholders to design and manage custom industry-aligned digital transformation advisory engagements using ServiceNow methodologies
- Lead discovery workshops with prospective and existing customers to identify business goals, challenges, and transformation opportunities
- Identify, calculate, and develop value narratives demonstrating ServiceNow’s impact on customer P&L through cost reduction and revenue growth
- Document insights and present recommended solutions aligned to customer priorities and industry challenges
- Create high-quality deliverables including strategic alignment documents, multi-year transformation roadmaps, and full financial business cases
- Advise and communicate effectively in one-to-one and one-to-many executive environments
- Develop new intellectual property including best practices, white papers, workshops, and advisory frameworks
- Continuously improve consulting methods, tools, and value frameworks used across ServiceNow
- Enable and support ServiceNow sales and account teams with a business consulting-led approach to customer engagement
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a management consultant or customer-facing strategy manager with exposure to cloud technologies
- Experience integrating or critically evaluating AI in workflows, decision-making, automation, or analytics
- At least 5+ years of industry experience in a major sector such as Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, or Retail preferred
- Executive-level experience delivering digital transformation initiatives or enterprise software deployments preferred
- Strong analytical and financial expertise including P&L impact analysis and business case development
- Demonstrated ability to advise and influence senior leaders and multiple departments
- Experience with executive presentations, public speaking, workshop facilitation, and whiteboarding
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
