Job description
Roland Berger's People team in Riyadh runs the learning and talent programmes that keep a strategy consultancy's capability moving forward. This senior specialist position, open to Saudi nationals only, covers the full cycle from training needs analysis to judging whether a programme actually worked. Day to day, you manage the Learning Management System (LMS), training calendars, course enrollments and attendance records, and coordinate internal and external workshops and certifications. Talent development goes further, with leadership development, high-potential programmes, mentoring, coaching and career development frameworks to design and roll out. Performance management is part of the remit too, from goal setting and review cycles to development planning and probation follow-ups. Reporting matters, so expect to build dashboards on training participation, learning effectiveness and development KPIs. External training providers, consultants and educational institutions are relationships you own. At least 4 years in talent development, L&D or organizational development is needed, along with fluent English and Arabic and a working grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design.
