Accenture’s Custom Software Engineering Analyst role is an early career opportunity based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This position sits within Accenture Technology, leveraging unmatched industry experience, ecosystem partner technologies, and a global delivery network to help clients innovate at scale and transform their businesses. The analyst will join the software engineering practice, working on innovative projects that involve analyzing and testing IT modules, designing and delivering custom software solutions, managing application implementation services, and co-creating proofs of concept with clients. The role includes utilizing programming skills, modern frameworks, and design thinking to build applications addressing client business and IT challenges, designing communication experiences across platforms, developing dashboards, reports, and visual products, and optimizing marketing programs through new service models. Analysts will leverage Accenture’s alliances with leading companies such as SAP, Adobe, Salesforce, and IBM to drive business impact. The position requires strong numerical and analytical skills, communication skills, and attention to detail in ensuring software works to specification and maintains data quality. The analyst will also learn all stages of the service delivery lifecycle, from system rollouts to maintenance. Travel across the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman) may be required as part of client engagements.
