Job description
Accenture is hiring a Consultant within its CFO & Enterprise Value (CFO&EV) practice in Riyadh. The role focuses on supporting clients in finance transformation, ERP implementation, and process automation projects. The consultant will design efficient finance processes, drive platform-led transformations, and contribute to Accenture’s CFO&EV capabilities. Key responsibilities
- Support clients in achieving strategic and operational goals through finance transformation
- Apply business case-driven analysis to address complex challenges
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and co-develop innovative solutions
- Work across service groups to integrate system implementation with business needs
- Develop proposals, RFP responses, and contribute to business development activities
- Create value cases for finance transformation and support C-level client communications
- Continuously learn and enhance knowledge in finance, ERP, and process automation
- Support CFO&EV practice development including assets and thought leadership
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Master’s or MBA a plus)
- 3+ years of consulting experience
- Deep knowledge of F&A processes and ERP enablement (SAP, Oracle)
- Hands-on experience in finance transformation and ERP projects
- Strong expertise in process digitization (RPA, ML, AI, Gen AI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic a plus)
- Experience in preparing client proposals and C-level presentations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
