Job description
As a Product Sales Specialist for Adobeās Digital Experience platform in Riyadh, the role entails leading enterprise-level solution sales through strategic relationship management and value-driven engagement with C-suite and VP-level clients. The specialist works closely with Adobe Account Executives and pre-sales teams to identify and advance sales opportunities, deliver customized product simulations, and build compelling business cases aligned with customer transformation goals. Responsibilities include orchestrating internal and external resources, managing account plans, and driving revenue growth through cross-sell and up-sell strategies. Candidates must navigate complex enterprise environments, leveraging deep understanding of B2B/B2C markets and Adobe's digital platform capabilities. Success is measured by the ability to deliver outstanding execution across the sales cycle in a highly collaborative and matrixed organization.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Initiate, develop and maintain relationships at the C-Suite and VP levels within targeted accounts
- Lead the solution sales cycle, collaborating with account and partner teams to build pipeline
- Conduct value-based selling through business challenge identification and product simulations
- Create and deliver compelling board-level value propositions and financial option packages
- Coordinate pre-sales and commercial teams to progress sales opportunities
- Manage and execute account strategies within established timelines
- Drive pipeline generation through targeted whitespace analysis and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate within a matrixed team environment including Sales, Marketing, and Solution Consulting
Experience & skills
- Proven track record of technical SaaS solution sales at the enterprise level
- Experience in B2C and/or B2B markets preferred
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and internal sales processes
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment across multiple teams
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
- High degree of collaboration with internal and partner stakeholders
