The Senior Specialist - Fleet Partner at talabat is responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) delivery providers across Bahrain. The role ensures full compliance with operational and contractual standards while driving performance improvements through data-driven decision-making. This position involves building dashboards, tracking partner KPIs, and analyzing data to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions. The Sr. Specialist acts as the key liaison between logistics, legal, compliance, product, and data teams, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with company goals. Core duties include preparing and presenting weekly and monthly reports, managing payroll validation for riders, and overseeing the performance and offboarding of 3PL partners. The role also focuses on enhancing partners’ operational capabilities through structured training and clear communication of performance expectations. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills, operational experience in logistics or e-commerce, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
