Job description
As an MEP Manager at Agility Logistics Parks in As Sulay, Riyadh, you will lead and supervise all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities on construction projects. This includes ensuring MEP systems are correctly designed, installed, and maintained according to the highest standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves close coordination with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to align system integration across all disciplines. Budget control, project scheduling, resource management, and compliance monitoring are key to success in this position. You will also be responsible for submitting timely reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing technical support to project teams.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all MEP activities on construction projects.
- Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and design documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure proper design and installation of MEP systems.
- Oversee the procurement and installation of MEP equipment and materials.
- Monitor and inspect MEP works to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Manage MEP project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Ensure coordination and integration of MEP systems with other project disciplines.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, cost estimates, and change orders.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all MEP-related activities.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP management on construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage and supervise MEP activities effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel), AutoCAD, and Adobe Acrobat XI Professional.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to interact with clients and project stakeholders effectively.
