Job description
Google Cloud is seeking a Generative AI Specialist (Blackbelt) to serve as a subject matter expert for customers across the Middle East. The role focuses on helping organizations unlock the potential of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Google’s specialized ML infrastructure. Candidates will act as trusted advisors, guiding enterprises through architecture design, proof-of-concepts, and integration of Google’s AI solutions. Fluency in Arabic and English is required to support customer relationships in the region.

Key responsibilities
- Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers
- Provide AI expertise to support the technical relationship with customers, manage product and solution briefings, create demos, proof-of-concept work, and collaborate with product management
- Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure for Google Cloud solutions
- Support developers, creators, and enterprises to leverage Google’s Generative Language APIs to build AI products
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and industry events as needed
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience as a technical Solution Architect in a cloud environment or a customer-facing role
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Open Source, Big Data, Machine Learning, and numerical programming frameworks
- Experience with AI products, technologies, and infrastructure
- Ability to communicate in Arabic and English fluently
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Preferred: Experience with MLOps frameworks like Kubeflow and deep learning architectures
- Preferred: Experience building scalable distributed systems and AI-driven architectures
- Preferred: Understanding of responsible AI practices and AI governance
