Tahaluf is seeking a full-time Content Marketing Manager with a focus on creating compelling and engaging campaign content to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation across various digital platforms.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Growing new users, subscribers, database, pageviews, and engagement
- Conducting primary and secondary market research with industry stakeholders to gain deep insights into their requirements and deliver tailored content accordingly
- Conducting keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic
- Developing and executing comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences
- Creating high-quality, engaging content for digital channels including websites, social media, email marketing, blogs, and other online and offline platforms
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and sales to ensure content is aligned with brand messaging and objectives
- Managing content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of content across all channels
- Monitoring and analysing content performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for optimization
- Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve strategies and tactics
- Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to support business objectives
- Maintaining brand consistency and integrity across all content initiatives
- Providing guidance and education in brand messaging, style guidelines, and voice
- Identifying ways to repurpose existing content in the form of webinars, whitepapers, infographics, etc
- Orchestrating multi-step email and newsletter campaigns, including segmentation and setup
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in a digital publication
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong project management skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
