Principal Project Manager – Strategic Governance role within Adobe Professional Services in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia responsible for leading executive-level engagement and governance of large-scale digital transformation programs across enterprise and government clients in the Middle East. The role focuses on driving strategic program oversight, multi-workstream orchestration, and value realization for Adobe’s Experience Cloud, data platforms, content supply chain, and digital experience operations. The position acts as a key advisor to C-suite stakeholders including CEOs, CMOs, VPs, and senior government executives, ensuring alignment between Adobe’s platform strategy, transformation roadmap, and customer business outcomes. The role includes establishing and maturing Digital Transformation Centers of Excellence (CoEs), enabling organizations to scale Adobe capabilities, institutionalize governance frameworks, and drive sustainable innovation models. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end program governance across multiple enterprise accounts, managing program KPIs, budgets, risks, dependencies, schedules, and delivery quality while ensuring measurable business impact. The role partners closely with Adobe Sales teams to position transformation strategies and articulate the value of governance structures, CoE maturity, and structured transformation roadmaps. The Principal Project Manager facilitates executive steering committees, strategic workshops, and cross-functional engagements to ensure alignment and de-risk delivery execution. The position requires collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Global Services teams to ensure customer requirements are met and transformation programs are successfully delivered. The role also supports account growth by identifying new opportunities, optimizing delivery processes, and applying Adobe’s service methodologies across enterprise transformation engagements. The position operates in a high-impact consulting environment focused on SaaS, digital experience platforms, agile delivery methodologies, and enterprise-scale program governance across the Middle East region.

Key responsibilities
- Lead executive-level governance and strategic oversight of Adobe digital transformation programs across enterprise and government clients
- Establish and mature Digital Transformation Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to enable scalable Adobe platform adoption and governance frameworks
- Drive end-to-end program management across multiple workstreams including Experience Cloud, data platforms, content supply chain, and digital experience operations
- Serve as primary strategic point of contact for C-suite stakeholders ensuring alignment between business objectives and Adobe transformation roadmaps
- Partner with Adobe Sales teams to position digital transformation strategies and articulate value of governance models and CoE maturity
- Facilitate executive steering committees, workshops, and cross-functional engagements to ensure alignment and program success
- Monitor program KPIs, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality to ensure measurable business value realization
Experience & skills
- Possess minimum 10+ years of experience leading projects within consulting, SaaS, or technology professional services organizations
- Demonstrate experience managing enterprise-scale digital transformation programs with executive-level stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrate strong executive presence with ability to influence C-level stakeholders including CEOs, CMOs, VPs, and senior government leaders
- Demonstrate experience in program management, governance frameworks, and multi-workstream delivery in complex enterprise environments
- Demonstrate knowledge of digital marketing technologies including marketing automation, web content management, personalization, ecommerce, and analytics platforms
- Demonstrate experience working with Agile and Scaled Agile methodologies in technology or SaaS delivery environments
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills in planning, coordinating, and delivering complex enterprise transformation programs
- Demonstrate fluency in English and Arabic with understanding of Saudi Arabia and Middle East business practices and regulations
