Job description
Stake is the MENA regionās first mobile app for fractional real estate investing, launched in 2021. The Senior Property Acquisitions Associate will work closely with the Operations team, sourcing, vetting, negotiating, and closing investment opportunities while also managing the resale of funded properties once ROI is achieved. The role involves collaborating with developers, brokers, and sellers, presenting shortlisted options to the Acquisitions Committee, and contributing to the overall acquisitions strategy. The candidate must be detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, and highly knowledgeable about Dubaiās residential real estate market.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Develop sustainable relationships with developers, brokers, and sellers by utilizing and growing existing networks in residential real estate in Dubai.
- Source and vet acquisition investment opportunities, shortlist options, and present to the Acquisitions committee for review.
- Meet weekly with the Acquisitions committee to decide on deals, set monthly acquisitions strategy, and sale strategies.
- Carry out visits and full assessments for new properties to be acquired.
- Make offers and negotiate deals for shortlisted opportunities.
- Prepare and finalize documentation for approved deals and arrange for property to be listed on platform.
- Contribute to the overall acquisitions strategy of Stake, working closely with the Head of Transactions and wider Acquisitions committee.
- Manage the resale of funded properties once projected ROI has been achieved.
Experience & skills
- 2ā3 yearsā experience in real estate business development or brokerage.
- Detail oriented, process driven, and shows initiative.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to grow an optimal supply chain of properties.
- Passionate about maximizing value and income potential for platform investors.
