Job description
The Social Media & Content Writer Specialist will serve as the primary digital voice of the brand, creating engaging content and fostering community across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This role is responsible for executing the social media strategy in alignment with brand goals and marketing initiatives, while also coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective content delivery. Performance tracking using tools like Sprinklr is essential, with insights regularly reported to stakeholders to support campaign optimization and innovation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing social channels, building digital communities, and staying attuned to emerging trends and competitor activities in fast-paced sectors like real estate or automotive.

Key responsibilities
- Act as the brand ambassador across social media channels, ensuring posts, comments, and engagements reflect the companyâs values
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and nurture a positive online community
- Assist in executing a social media strategy aligned with marketing and brand goals, adapting content for each platform (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Collaborate with Content, PR, and Product Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely content production
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, events, and launches
- Monitor social media metrics and share performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Use tools like Sprinklr for analysis and optimization
- Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities
- Recommend new platforms, formats, or technologies for brand engagement
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on social media performance and campaign outcomes
- Serve as a point of contact for social media-related inquiries
Experience & skills
- 3+ years in social media management, preferably within the Real Estate/Automobile sector
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr)
- Basic design skills are a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Strong organizational and project management skills
