Job description
The Assistant Manager, Events Management at ROSHN in Saudi Arabia supports the planning, execution, and evaluation of corporate, marketing, and internal events that enhance brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and community impact. This role involves assisting with event briefs, checklists, timelines, floorplans, and run-of-show documentation while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and government entities to ensure successful execution. The position requires supporting event budgeting, procurement, vendor evaluation, and post-event settlements, ensuring compliance with finance and procurement standards. Responsibilities also include maintaining alignment with ROSHNâs brand guidelines across signage, visuals, and merchandise, as well as curating attendee experiences, registration flows, giveaways, and feedback mechanisms. The role covers event monitoring, troubleshooting during live execution, data capture, feedback analysis, and preparation of post-event reports and presentations. Candidates must bring 4â7 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, activations, or project coordination, ideally with exposure to large corporate, real estate, or government-led events. A bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Key responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of various corporate, marketing, and internal events
- Support in developing event briefs, checklists, timelines, floorplans, and run-of-show documents
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure logistical, technical, and branding requirements are met
- Conduct venue visits, vendor evaluations, and preparation walkthroughs
- Assist in preparing event budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring alignment with approved budgets
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to raise PRs, evaluate vendor proposals, and manage invoicing and settlements
- Serve as a point of contact between ROSHN teams, vendors, agencies, and government entities
- Support event briefing sessions with vendors to ensure alignment on deliverables
- Ensure all event deliverables meet quality, timeline, and compliance requirements
- Ensure alignment with ROSHNâs brand guidelines across signage, visuals, merchandise, and attendee communications
- Support in curating attendee experiences including registration flows, giveaways, and feedback collection
- Monitor real-time event execution to identify and resolve issues
- Capture event data, participant feedback, and performance metrics
- Support in preparing post-event reports, presentations, and lessons learned documentation
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- 4â7 years of relevant experience in events, experiential marketing, activations, or project coordination
- Experience in handling multiple event formats including indoor/outdoor, executive-level, public activations, and trade shows
- Previous exposure to large corporate, real estate, or government-led events is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
- Experience in budget preparation, procurement, and financial tracking
- Ability to align event branding with corporate guidelines
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
