Job description
Lifestyle Manager role based in Dubai, UAE focused on delivering premium concierge and lifestyle management services to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). The position involves managing personalized client requests across luxury travel, hospitality, dining, events, and exclusive lifestyle experiences. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their preferences, expectations, and lifestyle needs, and delivering tailored recommendations and bespoke services. Responsibilities include end-to-end coordination of travel arrangements, event planning, bookings, reservations, and access to exclusive venues and luxury services. The role also involves managing vendor and partner networks including luxury hotels, restaurants, and lifestyle service providers, negotiating preferred rates and exclusive offers, and ensuring consistent service quality aligned with luxury standards. The position requires maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all client interactions, ensuring accurate documentation of client preferences and service history, and handling urgent or last-minute requests with high efficiency. The role includes problem resolution and service recovery, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through proactive and high-quality service delivery. It also involves reporting, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to continuously improve service standards and operational efficiency in a luxury concierge environment.

Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring understanding of preferences, expectations, and delivering personalized lifestyle management services
- Manage end-to-end concierge services including travel arrangements, dining reservations, event planning, luxury bookings, and exclusive experience coordination
- Coordinate with luxury vendors, hotels, restaurants, and service providers to secure bookings, negotiate preferential rates, and ensure high service quality standards
- Handle urgent, last-minute, and complex client requests with professionalism while ensuring seamless service delivery across multiple lifestyle categories
- Maintain detailed records of client preferences, service history, and interactions using CRM or documentation systems to ensure personalized service continuity
- Resolve client issues and service failures through proactive problem-solving and service recovery strategies that exceed client expectations
- Continuously source and develop new luxury partners and service providers to expand lifestyle offerings and enhance client experience
- Prepare service reports, client updates, and operational documentation while coordinating with internal teams to maintain service excellence and efficiency
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field relevant to luxury service operations
- 4–7 years of experience in concierge services, luxury hospitality, or lifestyle management roles involving premium clientele
- Proven experience working with high-net-worth individuals or managing luxury client portfolios in hospitality or concierge environments
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality ecosystems including hotels, dining, travel, and exclusive lifestyle services
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating with luxury service providers to secure preferential arrangements
- Ability to manage confidential client information with high levels of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills to manage multiple client requests simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deliver premium customer service in high-pressure situations
