Job description
The Outlet Manager - Bar Buci at Jumeirah Al Qasr (part of Madinat Jumeirah’s beachfront resort and Jumeirah’s global luxury hospitality portfolio) oversees daily bar/lounge operations to ensure efficiency, policy compliance, and delivery of exceptional guest service within a 5-star environment featuring over 20 curated restaurants and lounges. The role drives consistent implementation of service standards, proactively reviews guest feedback to strengthen relations, maintains professional grooming and service standards, and monitors outlet profitability by identifying operational gaps and implementing improvements. Core accountabilities include budgeting, cost control, profitability analysis, compliance management, structured team training, coaching and performance management to achieve departmental objectives, as well as collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, promotional activities, and long-term plans to enhance outlet positioning and profitability. Operating on-site at Al Sufouh, Dubai, the manager ensures rigorous adherence to company policies and luxury hospitality standards across a multicultural team while promoting brand-aligned experiences synonymous with Arabian luxury hospitality.

- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure efficiency, compliance with company policies, and delivery of exceptional guest service.
- Review guest feedback regularly, foster strong guest relations, and enforce professional grooming and service standards.
- Drive consistent implementation of service standards and take corrective action where required to maintain excellence.
- Monitor outlet profitability, identify operational gaps, and recommend and implement effective improvements.
- Lead team development through structured training, coaching, and performance management to achieve departmental objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, promotional activities, and long-term plans to enhance outlet positioning and profitability.
Experience & skills
- Bring a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury property or a fine-dining standalone/branded restaurant.
- Demonstrate fluency in English; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
- Show strong financial acumen with proven skills in budgeting, cost control, and driving profitability.
- Prove the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a multi-cultural team in a fast-paced environment.
