Job description
The Presentation Designer at Oliver Wyman in Riyadh will join the IMEA team to create and adapt visual content aligned with brand identity, contributing to projects that span across different media platforms. The role includes implementing design concepts using PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Word, and requires strong adherence to brand standards and design consistency. The designer must follow established processes and style guides, while contributing to brainstorming, project planning, and feedback loops. A key aspect of the role is to manage tasks from concept through final production, communicating effectively within teams and incorporating stakeholder feedback. The role also includes exploring AI tools like Adobe Firefly to streamline design production and enhance creativity. Weekend work (SundayâThursday or TuesdayâSaturday) is mandatory as part of the schedule. This hybrid position requires in-office presence at least three days per week, supporting a collaborative work environment. Portfolio submission is required with the application.

- Support cross-medium creative tasks while collaborating with peers on cohesive visual solutions

- Ensure compliance with ethical design principles including privacy, copyright, and inclusivity
- Explore and utilize AI tools like Adobe Firefly to enhance design workflow and productivity
- Contribute in brainstorming sessions and incorporate feedback to refine designs
- Present and document work clearly in team critiques and project records
- Support cultural and creative engagement within the team
- Participate in office and team-wide events and activities as part of the company culture
Experience & skills
- High-level proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Word
- Strong understanding of brand interpretation and application across varied media
- Experience managing full design projects from concept to delivery
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in one-on-one and group settings
- Strong collaboration and teamwork within diverse, cross-functional teams
- Ability to adapt to changing project briefs and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines
- Understanding and application of ethical design principles
- Familiarity with or willingness to explore AI-assisted design tools
- Portfolio submission required at the time of application
