Job description
Shiji Group needs a Sales Director who can turn hotel technology into a business case clients actually understand, translating API, AWS and cloud capability into real operational benefit. The territory centers on hospitality and F&B, with a mandate to develop and implement sales plans that grow market presence and hit revenue targets. You'll identify and prioritize key accounts, researching each prospect's business needs before pursuing new opportunities and cultivating relationships with key decision makers. Sales performance metrics, pipeline activity and revenue forecasts all need tracking, with regular updates going back to senior management. Leading the end-to-end sales process means owning everything from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation, contract closure and post-sale follow-up, with the CRM kept current throughout. Cross functional work with pre-sales, marketing and operations support keeps sales activity aligned with company objectives, and compelling presentations, proposals and demonstrations carry the value proposition to prospects. A solid grasp of hotel operations helps show how these solutions streamline front office processes and improve guest satisfaction, while dealers in the territory also need coordinating toward their own sales targets. Staying current on international hospitality trends, product enhancements, RFIs and RFPs rounds out the role, alongside acting as the bridge between product management and the client on technical questions.
