Job description
Commercial agreements on Air Products projects in Jubail need careful drafting, negotiation and administration, and this Contracts Administrator manages them to reduce risk and capture opportunity. Pre- and post-award processes run through you, along with change orders, variations, claims and contract logs. Variations to cost and schedule are analysed and reported, and contract specifications are reviewed with project managers and directors to spot risks or gaps. Disputes need quick, diligent resolution, with the legal team brought in when support is required. Engineering, Procurement and Operations work alongside you in the cross-functional project team, and relationships with contractors are kept open and aligned. Lines and Limits of Authority, company procedures and the Code of Conduct shape every decision. Candidates need a qualification in quantity surveying, economics, business, engineering or accounting and 5+ years of experience in oil and gas, energy or industrial gases, with sound knowledge of contract law and Saudi vendors and suppliers.
