Job description
The Senior CRM Marketing Specialist (Multi-Channel Campaigns & Data Segmentation) is responsible for driving customer engagement and business growth across UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar within a food delivery and e-commerce marketplace environment. The role operates within the Brand & Experience team, focusing on building emotional connections between the brand and its customers, riders, and partners through CRM-driven marketing strategies. The position involves end-to-end management of CRM campaigns including campaign build, proofing, approval, and deployment across multiple channels such as email marketing, push notifications, WhatsApp marketing, in-app banners, and in-app messaging. The role requires strong technical proficiency in CRM platforms and tools such as Braze, along with HTML for template adjustments, and utilizes database analysis and data visualization tools like Looker to drive precise data segmentation and targeting strategies. The specialist is responsible for developing localized marketing content in English and Arabic, ensuring relevance to regional audiences, while applying A/B testing and “test and learn” methodologies to optimize performance and establish CRM best practices. The role includes conducting post-campaign analysis, competitor analysis, and campaign reporting to extract actionable insights that inform future strategies. Working closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, commercial, and global stakeholders, the position ensures timely execution under strict deadlines while contributing to brand growth, customer engagement, and continuous improvement of CRM marketing performance.

Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns including campaign build, proofing, approval, and deployment across seasonal initiatives, restaurant launches, and new business verticals
- Coordinate multi-channel marketing delivery across email marketing, push notifications, WhatsApp marketing, in-app banners, and in-app messaging ensuring timely and effective communication
- Develop localized marketing content in English and Arabic tailored to regional audiences to drive engagement and customer connection
- Perform data segmentation and targeting by extracting and analyzing data from databases to ensure precise audience selection and campaign effectiveness
- Drive optimization strategies using A/B testing and test-and-learn methodologies to improve templates, messaging, and overall CRM campaign performance
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and campaign reporting using data visualization tools such as Looker to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor competitor activities and integrate findings into CRM strategy development to enhance market positioning and engagement effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, commercial, and global teams to ensure alignment, meet deadlines, and execute campaigns efficiently
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM marketing, including execution and management of CRM campaigns across multiple channels within a marketing or e-commerce environment
- Possess strong technical proficiency in CRM tools and platforms including experience with email deployment tools such as Braze and working knowledge of HTML for template customization and adjustments
- Demonstrate experience working with databases and data-driven marketing approaches including data segmentation, audience targeting, and campaign personalization strategies
- Exhibit proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker to analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and support decision-making processes
- Demonstrate expertise in multi-channel marketing execution including email, push notifications, WhatsApp, in-app messaging, and in-app banners within integrated CRM strategies
- Show strong analytical capabilities including conducting post-campaign analysis, A/B testing, competitor analysis, and translating performance data into actionable improvements
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under strict deadlines while coordinating with cross-functional teams across marketing, commercial, and global stakeholders
- Possess fluency in English with Arabic language skills as a strong advantage to support content localization and engagement with regional audiences
