Job description
Hiring for a medium-sized industrial and manufacturing business across the Middle East and Africa is the core of this Dubai-based Talent Manager position. Recruitment strategies and overseas campaigns are built and run here, often through external agencies, so recruitment vendor management is a big part of the work. Department heads come to you to define staffing needs and job descriptions, and a talent pipeline is kept ready for current and future requirements. Once offers are accepted, onboarding needs to bring new hires into the company culture smoothly. Policies on recruitment are reviewed and refined for efficiency, and recruitment metrics go to senior management regularly. Succession planning is also part of the remit. Candidates need a degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field and proven talent acquisition experience, ideally in industrial or manufacturing settings across Africa or Asia Pacific. The package ranges from AED 345,600 to AED 422,400 a year.
