Job description
The In-store Operations Analyst at Tamara in Riyadh will play a pivotal role in enhancing the in-store experience for merchants and customers across Saudi Arabia. The role requires conducting regular store visits to ensure compliance with Tamara’s standards, delivering weekly merchant training, and supporting the onboarding of new stores and key accounts. Responsibilities include mystery shopping to assess customer experiences, ensuring Tamara’s promotional materials are effectively displayed, and training cashiers on the proper use of Tamara’s payment solutions. The analyst will evaluate both merchant and customer experiences, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement and test initiatives aimed at increasing awareness and transaction volume. Regular reporting on findings and initiatives is a core part of the position. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields, possess 0–2 years of professional experience, and must have a valid KSA driver’s license. Strong bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English, high energy, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.

- Support initiatives to improve onboarding processes for new stores and key accounts

- Provide expert guidance to partners on Tamara’s products, features, and services
- Ensure promotional materials and collaterals are available and prominently displayed in stores
- Train cashiers at partner stores on proper use of Tamara’s payment services
- Evaluate and identify improvement opportunities for merchant engagement to increase awareness and transaction volumes
- Evaluate and identify improvement opportunities for customer experience to increase adoption and usage
- Share findings cross-functionally and participate in testing and experimentation of new initiatives
- Report regularly on findings, initiatives, and performance metrics
Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Have 0–2 years of professional experience
- Possess a valid KSA driver’s license
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Be highly organized with strong attention to detail
