Job description
To drive the acquisition, origination, and profitable growth of the Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) portfolio by identifying and converting new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and executing go-to-market strategies aligned with the bank’s objectives. The role ensures adherence to credit quality, market competitiveness, and long-term profitability.

Key responsibilities
- Originate new LRD transactions by identifying prospects and converting leads into active clients
- Achieve portfolio growth targets as per annual business plan
- Deepen existing relationships by offering customized financing solutions and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and engagement
- Ensure adherence to credit policies, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with the credit team to structure transactions with acceptable risk profiles
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and risks
- Contribute to product enhancement and pricing strategy
- Monitor portfolio health, delinquencies, and renewals to maintain asset quality
- Drive profitability through sound structuring and efficient execution
Experience & skills
- Deep understanding of real estate-backed financing
- Knowledge of client behavior and macroeconomic factors affecting leasing and commercial real estate
- Operate within bank’s policies, risk appetite, and regulatory guidelines (CBUAE norms)
- Accountable for compliance with KYC/AML regulations, internal audit guidelines, and governance protocols
- Coordinate with credit, legal, operations, and risk teams within defined authority limits
