Job description
The Head of Affluent Benefits CEMEA, Director (Job #: REF071712W; Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Job Type: Full-time; Date: Oct 01, 2025) provides strategic oversight for the development and execution of the Affluent Benefits Strategy across CEMEA, ensuring effective tactical delivery of key initiatives aligned with Visaâs Affluent Strategy. The role collaborates with sub-regional teams to align CVP development and benefit offerings with market needs, holds ownership and accountability for the management and performance of Visaâs core affluent benefits across CEMEA, and sets up an ongoing reevaluation process to keep benefits competitive and relevant. It oversees end-to-end management and enhancement of core affluent benefitsâincluding concierge services, insurance benefits (with broker and insurer management), car rental partnerships, hotel booking platforms, meet & greet services, dining propositions, and other offeringsâand leads the creation of new core benefits aligned with sub-regional requirements and the Visa CEMEA Affluent Strategy. The position works with global teams to leverage and adapt regional content for CEMEA activation, develops add-on resale packages for issuers and fintech partners, and designs and implements streamlined go-to-market approaches at market or issuer level. It partners with internal cross-functional teams (Sub-Region Product, Visa Global Product, Marketing, XB and other teams), fosters strategic partnerships with external vendors, service providers and benefit partners, and ensures all benefits are delivered to the highest operational and service standards consistent with Visaâs brand promise. This is a hybrid role with expectations for days in office confirmed by the Hiring Manager.

Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight for the development and execution of the Affluent Benefits Strategy across CEMEA
- Ensure effective tactical delivery of key initiatives aligned with Visaâs Affluent Strategy
- Collaborate with sub-regional teams to align CVP development and benefit offerings with market needs and CEMEA strategy
- Own and be accountable for the management and performance of Visaâs core affluent benefits across CEMEA
- Set up and run an ongoing benefits reevaluation process to maintain competitiveness and relevance
- Oversee end-to-end management and enhancement of core benefits including concierge, insurance (broker/insurer), car rental, hotel booking platforms, meet & greet, and dining propositions
- Lead creation of new core benefits aligned with sub-regional requirements and the Visa CEMEA Affluent Strategy
- Work with global teams to leverage and adapt regional content for activation in CEMEA markets
- Develop add-on benefit resale packages for issuers and fintech partners
- Design and implement streamlined GTM approaches for resale benefits/packages at market or issuer level
- Partner with internal teams (Sub-Region Product, Visa Global Product, Marketing, XB and others) to ensure smooth execution
- Foster strategic partnerships with external vendors, service providers, and benefit partners to enhance the affluent offering
- Ensure delivery of all benefits meets the highest operational and service standards consistent with Visaâs brand promise
Experience & skills
- Have 12â15 years of experience in consumer banking, payments, product management, consulting, and direct experience building CVPs with partners; background in credit cards proposition design is desirable
- Demonstrate a proven track record of negotiating and securing high-value partnerships with benefit providers within CEMEA and globally
- Show experience designing, building, and launching consumer benefits with partners, issuers, and fintechs, ensuring strategic alignment and commercial viability
- Be a curious self-starter and fast learner able to anticipate and interpret evolving market developments and client needs into practical, innovative Visa solutions
- Be technically adept, able to work through functional specifications, adapt to market nuances, and navigate diverse client payment ecosystems
- Be results-driven with proven ability to deliver in fast-paced environments, engaging cross-functional teams for timely execution
- Possess strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills focused on building win-win solutions for clients and partners
