Job description
As the Staffing Coordinator for Kearney's Dubai office, you will oversee the full consulting staffing cycle for Business Analysts through Managers. You will support project and proposal staffing, manage resource allocation, oversee talent development initiatives, and ensure accurate staffing reporting. This role requires analytical forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic consultant deployment to align business needs with professional development. Reporting directly to the Staffing Manager, this role is pivotal in managing capacity and driving operational excellence while ensuring a strong consultant experience.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Identify and assign consultants to billable and non-billable work based on availability, project scope, skills, and preferences
- Manage resource allocation and maintain up-to-date staffing information in SAP MRS
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment, skills assessment, and vacation balance alignment
- Support pipeline development by assigning consultants to leads and proposals
- Prepare and publish weekly staffing reports and update expert tracker tools
- Track timesheet compliance and manage realization targets for the unit
- Engage with the global staffing team and ensure local alignment with global staffing guidelines
- Onboard new joiners and manage their integration into the staffing pool
- Coordinate with partners and mentors to assess consultant performance and match development goals with project opportunities
- Contribute to bi-annual talent reviews and flag performance concerns to HR
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree or equivalent educational experience
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Analytical background with ability to forecast staffing requirements
- Experience in correlating project needs with consultant profiles
- Understanding of business, HR, and finance principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
- Experience in SAP MRS or similar staffing tools
- Knowledge of scheduling methods and project procedures
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels
