Job description
Deliveroo is seeking a Subscriptions & Partnerships Lead for a 12-month contract to oversee Deliveroo Plus growth and partnerships strategy in the UAE. The role involves leading integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, building and maintaining relationships with banks, payments, and retail partners, and managing paid subscription initiatives. This person will collaborate across local and global teams to prioritize and deliver impactful campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role requires a strong mix of business development, partnership management, and marketing program expertise, along with entrepreneurial drive and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy for driving Deliveroo Plus adoption in the UAE
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
- Develop and prioritize a pipeline of partnerships with key strategic partners (banks, payments, retail, etc.)
- Create business cases and implement innovative partnership campaigns based on industry insights, competition, and user behavior
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and propose new growth opportunities
- Manage the full process from lead generation, negotiation, contract execution, to campaign rollout with internal teams
- Perform periodic and post-campaign analyses to shape future strategies
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 8ā10 years work experience, with at least 4+ years in paid subscriptions and/or partnerships
- Experience in business development or account management is essential
- Proven capability in multi-channel marketing program management
- Strong skills in data-informed decision making and performance-based marketing
- Experience collaborating with global teams across geographies
- Proven ability to influence, motivate, and manage external stakeholders and internal teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to articulate new ideas and gain support
- Strong negotiation and execution skills
- Ability to multitask and handle large volumes of concurrent workstreams
- Fluent in written and spoken English
