Senior Specialist, People Personalized role within Omantel Head Office under People Office > People Experience, Unit: People Unit, Division: People Experience, Location: HQ, Grade: P6, delivering an exceptional and personalized employee experience at an operational level by ensuring each employee journey is seamless, compliant, and engaging through management of day-to-day processes, addressing individual concerns, and implementing tailored initiatives reflecting the organizationās commitment to its people. Acts as primary contact for employees to address queries and resolve concerns; monitors individual employee journeys ensuring onboarding, career transitions, and offboarding are personalized and executed; oversees execution of employee-centric processes including onboarding, role transitions, promotions, and grievance handling; ensures employee journey touchpoints comply with labor laws and organizational policies; facilitates regular one-on-one employee sessions to gather feedback and identify improvement areas; collaborates with line managers to implement immediate practical solutions to address concerns and enhance engagement; partners with People Strategy team to translate strategic initiatives into actionable operational processes; works with People Operations and Employee Experience teams to align and execute employee-focused programs; provides operational support for well-being programs by managing logistics and ensuring access to resources; acts as first responder for individual cases needing additional support such as conflict resolution, workplace adjustments, or urgent concerns; maintains and updates employee journey data for accurate reporting and tracking; uses operational metrics and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for immediate enhancements; develops and delivers tailored programs addressing specific employee needs such as mentorships, individual career development plans, or personal milestones; ensures timely and clear communication with employees about their journey, benefits, and available resources. Required experience is 6 years, qualification is bachelor, education specialization includes B.A Business Management (Hons) and Bachelor degree in Human Resources. Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelor qualification with education specialization in B.A Business Management (Hons) or Bachelor degree in Human Resources
- Have 6 years of required experience
- Operate within People Unit / People Experience division at HQ location and deliver operational employee experience management across onboarding, career transitions, and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies across all employee journey touchpoints
- Maintain capability in HR operations including monitoring, HR policies, HR project management, process design, career development programs, policies & procedures, and cost optimization
- Maintain and update employee journey data and use operational metrics and feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Provide operational support for well-being programs logistics and manage individual case responses including conflict resolution and workplace adjustments
