Job description
The Assistant Marketing Manager at Minimalist.ae, based in Dubai, is responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and influencer channels while ensuring alignment with the brand's identity. The role encompasses both strategic and operational responsibilities, including campaign ideation, content planning, scheduling, publishing, and performance analysis. The incumbent will manage social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Facebook, while running paid campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. The role also involves identifying and managing influencer partnerships, creating marketing content calendars, and maintaining an organized asset library for consistent campaign delivery. The Assistant Marketing Manager will monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to inform marketing decisions and identify growth opportunities. Performance tracking and analysis of campaign metrics will guide optimization strategies. This position requires hands-on execution in e-commerce and fashion/lifestyle marketing with a strong focus on brand storytelling, audience engagement, and integrated campaign management.

- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies focused on brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Manage day-to-day operations of social media channels including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement
- Contribute creatively to campaign ideation, brand storytelling, and audience engagement strategies
- Drive marketing initiatives, product launches, and seasonal campaigns through strategic planning and timely content delivery
- Identify, engage, and manage influencer partnerships to amplify brand presence and drive product interest
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics across social media, email, and influencer channels, suggesting optimizations based on insights
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to guide marketing decisions and identify growth opportunities
- Create and maintain marketing content calendars and asset libraries to ensure consistent and high-quality campaign delivery
Experience & skills
- 2–5 years of experience in social media, content, or marketing roles within UAE, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce sectors
- Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook) and executing content/marketing calendars
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, content collaborations, and partnership management
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, G-Suite, and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite)
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite or equivalent creative tools
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken); Arabic language skills are a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
