Job description
The Manager - Marketing - SU at AD Ports Group will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for AD Maritime and the Sustainability Division. This role involves managing marketing activities across advertising, PR, digital, social, and events to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. The incumbent will also lead a team, align with internal and external stakeholders, oversee campaign KPIs and ROIs, and collaborate with research units to ensure data-driven strategy development. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing & Communications and is key to reinforcing AD Ports Group's positioning in the market.

Key responsibilities
- Drive and represent the marketing workstream that services AD Ports Group sustainability department, AD Maritime and all internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and execute all marketing activities and translate their strategies into integrated annual plans, campaigns and tactical deliverables intended to achieve agreed KPIs
- Enforce the development and delivery of annual plans, campaigns and activities in collaboration with the Marketing Intelligence & Research Team, assigned Marketing Communications Managers and the CMC team
- Organise integrated marketing activities: advertising, direct marketing, PR, social media, digital marketing, events and experiential marketing activations
- Implement marketing campaigns and project plans across digital, online, social media, event, experiential, branded content and collateral
- Collaborate with the wider team to produce fully integrated campaigns and promotional efforts
- Coordinate with Operations & Planning, internal and external teams to establish clear milestones, manage budgets, and resolve risks
- Oversee the marketing coordinator, ensuring meetings, communications and deliverables are aligned to objectives and deadlines
- Manage and steer direct reports towards objectives, ensuring growth and learning development needs are met
- Define and assess annual and quarterly KPIs for direct reports, carry out appraisals, and manage performance issues
- Work closely with the Director to develop annual marketing strategies for products or services
- Assist in reviewing and evaluating AD Maritimeās offerings through market and consumer research
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities and recommend innovative approaches
- Track and report marketing KPIs and ROIs, recommending changes where necessary
- Drive and manage the annual marketing plan and budget
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree or Diploma in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing
- Proficient in the use of MS Office programmes
- Proficient in analysis of data and research for marketing
