Job description
The Associate ā Digital Marketing for MAF Retail in Oman works under the Manager ā Digital Marketing to set up, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns for channels such as SEM, META, Snapchat, TikTok, and Twitter. This role entails running campaigns with strict KPI optimization (new customers, CPO, conversion, revenue), liaising with channel partners to ensure optimal account structure in line with eācommerce and local trends, guiding creative teams, monitoring and controlling budgets, benchmarking channels and analyzing performance to drive improvements, and supporting promotional timetables and campaign activities in alignment with the brandās objectives.

Key responsibilities
- Set up and implement a timetable of promotions and activities supporting the brand and campaign plans
- Manage digital media campaigns across SEM, META, Snapchat, TikTok and Twitter to drive orders, new customers, revenue, CPO and brand awareness
- Liaise with digital channel partners to ensure optimal account structure and adherence to best practices and local trends
- Run campaigns with strict KPI optimization including new customers, CPO, conversion rate and revenue
- Collaborate with creative team to provide feedback and guidance on campaign creative performance
- Monitor allocated budget for digital channels and flag potential issues
- Perform benchmarking across digital channels regularly and report key insights
Experience & skills
- Have a Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Have 2ā3+ years of experience in eācommerce or performance marketing roles
- Possess prior experience managing performance-based social media campaigns
- Be proficient in digital marketing campaign tools (SEM, META, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter)
- Have the ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns
- Have experience in budget monitoring and compliance
- Be collaborative and able to work across different teams effectively
