Job description
The role focuses on achieving and exceeding sales targets for HVAC project solutions, particularly VRF, DX, and Ducted Cassette systems, within the Air Conditioning Projects Division of Al-Futtaimās OMASCO business in Oman. Responsibilities include identifying, generating, and converting HVAC project enquiries into confirmed orders through technical and commercial engagement, developing a strong pipeline of project opportunities, and expanding the customer base by exploring new market segments. The position requires designing HVAC solutions, preparing cost estimates, generating competitive proposals aligned with client requirements, and ensuring timely payments to support cash flow and project profitability. Additional duties include maintaining a balanced sales portfolio to mitigate risks, conducting market research and competitive analysis, and coordinating cross-functionally with internal teams in design, procurement, and installation to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proficiency with MS Office and estimation/design tools.

Experience & skills
- Have 6ā8 years of progressive experience in HVAC project sales or marketing, preferably within Oman
- Hold a Bachelorās Degree in Mechanical Engineering; postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred
- Possess strong technical understanding of HVAC systems including VRF, DX, and Ducted Cassette
- Be proficient in MS Office Suite and estimation/design tools
- Show knowledge of market trends and the competitive landscape
- Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills
- Possess a valid Oman/Middle East driving license (preferred)
