Job description
The Identity Associate Manager – Identity & Access Management role at Accenture Security focuses on delivering Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions to enterprise clients in Riyadh. The role supports security transformation initiatives by collaborating with clients to gather requirements, conduct assessments of existing IAM processes, define IAM strategies and architectures, and build policies, processes, and frameworks related to identity lifecycle management, access requesting, auditing permissions, access certification, and role-based access control. It requires configuring and customizing IGA and Access Management platforms such as SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, Novell, LDAP, AD, and BeyondTrust to align with client business processes and security policies. Responsibilities include developing access control policies, defining technical and business requirements, integrating IAM solutions with security, IT, and compliance functions, supporting deployment and roll-out of new IAM features, interacting with vendors and service providers for contractual matters, maintaining IAM program roadmaps, and preparing reports for management. The role demands deep technical expertise, IAM domain knowledge, and experience in identity governance, directories, and access management technologies, alongside the ability to train client teams, support adoption, and contribute to efficient IAM transitions.

Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for Identity Governance and Administration solutions
- Build policies, processes, and frameworks for identity and access management including identity lifecycle management, requesting access, and auditing permissions
- Conduct assessments of existing IAM processes, systems, and controls to identify improvement areas
- Develop IAM strategies, architectures, and implementation plans with clients
- Define technical and business requirements for identity and access management solutions
- Advise on the implementation of new IAM features tailored to specific client environments
- Act as liaison between IAM teams and business stakeholders to capture evolving requirements and communicate program roadmap
- Focus on efficient deployment, roll-out, and transition of new IAM platform features and versions
- Configure and customize IGA and Access Management platforms to align with business processes and security policies
- Develop and implement access control policies, roles, and entitlements to ensure appropriate access across systems and applications
- Provide guidance on identity lifecycle management, access certification, RBAC, and compliance reporting
- Collaborate with security, IT, and compliance teams to integrate IGA solutions into client environments
- Provide training and support to client teams for adoption and ongoing management of IGA solutions
- Interact with vendors and service providers to address contractual agreements related to the IAM platform
- Prepare updates and reports to management
Experience & skills
- Possess 7+ years of experience in IT services and information security
- Demonstrate minimum 7 years of experience working on identity and access management
- Show familiarity with identity and access management systems including SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, and Novell
- Demonstrate familiarity with directories such as LDAP and Active Directory
- Possess familiarity with BeyondTrust
- Show familiarity with RBAC and role engineering
- Bring prior consulting experience and strong customer-facing skills
- Show proven ability to work in and contribute to a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrate multitasking capability in a fast-paced environment
- Possess strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
