Job description
Kingâs College Hospital London â Dubai seeks a dynamic Marketing Executive acting as a Content Creator to manage content, strategy, and engagement across multiple social media channels with a primary focus on TikTok. The role develops and executes comprehensive social media strategies, crafts, schedules, and publishes compelling platform-tailored content, collaborates with cross-functional teams to align with business strategies, analyzes and reports performance metrics to guide improvements, monitors trends and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant, develops unique platform-specific campaigns aligned with brand voice and objectives, and interacts with followers authentically. Requirements include a Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; proficiency across social platforms with emphasis on TikTok; strong understanding of analytics and tools; 2â3 yearsâ experience in social media roles (preferably TikTok-focused) with a proven track record of growing and engaging multi-platform audiences; experience collaborating cross-functionally; knowledge of best practices and current trends; capability with creative software and tools; data interpretation skills; excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling; and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Provide evidence of growing and engaging audiences across multiple platforms
- Have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on cohesive content strategies
- Possess in-depth knowledge of social media best practices and current trends
- Be capable of using creative software and tools to generate engaging content
- Exhibit strong ability to analyze and interpret data to drive content decisions
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills
