Job description
The Cyber Strategy Consultant role at Accenture in Riyadh operates within a global professional services and cybersecurity consulting environment, focused on designing, implementing, and governing cybersecurity strategy aligned with organizational objectives. The role collaborates closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen cybersecurity resilience through robust governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and governance models aligned with legal and regulatory requirements, executing enterprise risk management strategies including risk assessments, mitigation plans, and continuous monitoring, and leading compliance and regulatory initiatives across internal and third-party services. The position requires managing audits, ensuring adherence to global and industry standards such as NIST and ISO 27001, and leveraging eGRC platforms, risk monitoring tools, and regulatory compliance processes. The consultant translates complex cybersecurity risks into actionable business decisions for senior leadership, contributes to security transformation initiatives, and applies knowledge of supply chain risk management, cloud security frameworks, and emerging regulatory trends to support evolving cybersecurity strategies.

- Develop and maintain cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and governance models aligned with legal and regulatory requirements
- Design and execute cybersecurity risk management strategies including risk assessments, mitigation plans, and continuous monitoring
- Lead compliance and regulatory initiatives ensuring adherence to industry standards such as NIST and ISO 27001
- Manage cybersecurity audits for internal operations and third-party services
- Provide strategic cybersecurity guidance to senior leadership by translating technical risks into actionable business decisions
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design, implement, and govern cybersecurity strategy aligned with organizational objectives
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks including NIST and ISO 27001
- Possess experience with eGRC platforms, risk monitoring tools, and regulatory compliance processes
- Have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity strategy, governance, or risk management roles
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred
- Exhibit familiarity with supply chain risk management and advanced compliance auditing
- Demonstrate knowledge of cloud security frameworks and emerging regulatory trends
