Individuals and families in need across the UAE rely on the foundation behind this vacancy for charitable and humanitarian support. Working directly with the General Manager, this Deputy General Manager oversees every operational aspect of the organisation. A team reports to you, with clear direction and accountability expected across functions. C-suite leadership and the Board will look to you for input on strategic and operational matters. Organisational objectives, policies and operational plans are put into practice under your supervision. Performance is monitored closely, and improvements are pursued wherever operations can run more effectively. Every activity needs to stay true to the foundation's mission. The role is open to UAE nationals with at least 10 years of experience, including 5 in senior management, ideally from a similar organisation or government entity. Strong Arabic and excellent English are essential, and the salary range is AED 27,000 to 30,000 per month.
