The Global Programming Manager at Creators HQ in Dubai is responsible for designing, managing, and delivering structured programs and initiatives that support creators, partners, and the broader creator ecosystem within the global creator economy. Creators HQ operates as a global hub connecting creators, platforms, brands, and industry leaders to collaborate, learn, and grow through year-round programming, events, and strategic initiatives. The role sits within the Creators & Programs team and focuses on program management across the lifecycle of creator-focused initiatives including program development, program frameworks, program scheduling, resource management, and cross-functional execution. The Global Programming Manager develops engaging programming that supports creators and partners while aligning with the organization’s strategic objectives around talent development programs, community engagement initiatives, and partnership initiatives. The role requires working closely with creators, external partners, and internal cross-functional teams including design, content, operations, and community teams to coordinate program execution and ensure operational alignment across departments. The position includes designing program content, schedules, and materials tailored for creators and partners participating in Creators HQ initiatives. The Global Programming Manager also oversees program execution by coordinating timelines, managing resources, and ensuring initiatives are delivered smoothly and according to program frameworks. Monitoring responsibilities include KPI tracking, KPI reporting, and program performance monitoring to evaluate program effectiveness and communicate results to leadership. The role requires maintaining strong stakeholder management practices with creators, partners, and external stakeholders while supporting collaboration across the creator ecosystem. Additionally, the position involves identifying opportunities for program innovation and growth within the creator economy ecosystem to expand Creators HQ’s impact and strengthen engagement across creators, brands, and platforms operating within the digital media and creative industries.

Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver creator-focused programs and initiatives by developing structured program frameworks, defining program objectives, organizing program schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring all programming aligns with Creators HQ’s strategic goals of supporting creators, partners, and the global creator economy ecosystem.
- Develop comprehensive program structures that include program frameworks, schedules, program content, and supporting materials tailored for creators and partners while ensuring that all program elements are aligned with talent development programs, community engagement initiatives, and partnership initiatives delivered through Creators HQ.
- Manage relationships with creators, partners, and cross-functional internal teams by coordinating communication, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring effective stakeholder management across design, content, operations, and community teams involved in program execution.
- Oversee the execution and coordination of creator programs by managing timelines, supervising program delivery processes, ensuring that program frameworks and schedules are followed, and supporting internal teams to deliver seamless initiatives for creators and partners.
- Design program content, schedules, and materials for creator initiatives by collaborating with design, content, operations, and community teams to produce program resources that support engagement, learning, and collaboration within the creator community.
- Track program progress through KPI tracking and program performance monitoring, evaluate program outcomes, measure success against established KPIs, and prepare KPI reporting to leadership on program performance and impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, partners, and external stakeholders across the creator ecosystem to strengthen collaboration, maintain engagement, and support long-term program participation within Creators HQ initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for program innovation and growth by analyzing program performance data, assessing creator and partner feedback, and proposing new program development initiatives that strengthen Creators HQ’s position as a global hub for creators, brands, and platforms.
Experience & skills
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in program management with demonstrated experience managing program development, program frameworks, program execution, and program coordination within creative industries, media organizations, events environments, or digital platforms.
- Demonstrate expertise in program planning and program scheduling by developing structured program frameworks, coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring successful execution of complex multi-stakeholder programs.
- Show experience managing stakeholders including creators, partners, cross-functional internal teams, and external stakeholders while coordinating collaboration across departments such as design, content, operations, and community teams.
- Demonstrate ability to monitor and evaluate programs through KPI tracking, KPI reporting, and program performance monitoring to measure success and communicate program outcomes to leadership teams.
- Possess experience designing program content, schedules, and program materials tailored for creators and partners while supporting talent development programs, community engagement initiatives, and partnership initiatives within creator-focused environments.
- Demonstrate experience managing program budgets and overseeing resource allocation to ensure programs are delivered within approved financial structures while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong presentation skills and communication abilities including professional use of the English language for stakeholder engagement, program presentations, and reporting, with Arabic language capability considered an additional advantage.
- Show ability to support program innovation and growth initiatives by identifying opportunities for new program development, enhancing existing initiatives, and contributing to the long-term expansion of creator-focused programming within the creator economy.
