Job description
The Commercial Manager – UAE National role based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates is a client-facing position responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the commercial division. The role serves as the main point of contact for major clients, focusing on building strong relationships, delivering commercial targets, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The position requires close coordination with procurement, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. The Commercial Manager is responsible for managing negotiations, resolving client issues, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The role also includes budgeting, performance reporting, and aligning account strategies with both client and business objectives. The position requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to manage multiple accounts, and experience working cross-functionally in a commercial environment, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical consumables industries.
