Job description
The Senior Manager – Corporate Fleet Operations at Coastal Transportation Services Company leads and governs all aspects of corporate fleet services across the organization’s operational footprint within the Land Operations division. The role provides strategic oversight of fleet asset deployment, service delivery models, contractor and vendor performance, governance frameworks, and financial management to ensure transport services are safe, efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational priorities. Responsibilities span vehicles, buggies, and micro-mobility assets, with full accountability for asset utilization, availability, recovery, and performance monitoring. The role establishes fleet policies, reporting structures, compliance standards, and risk management frameworks, while overseeing service contracts, staffing models, and audit readiness. It includes leadership of cross-regional teams, ownership of budgeting and forecasting, support to procurement and commercial negotiations, and contribution to long-term initiatives such as sustainability programs, fleet electrification, digital transformation, service expansion, asset refresh, and potential insourcing of operations. The position acts as the primary interface between Mobility and internal departments, maintains senior stakeholder and vendor engagement, and represents corporate fleet operations in executive governance forums.

Key responsibilities
- Set and execute the strategic direction for corporate fleet services aligned with organizational and business objectives
- Oversee deployment, monitoring, utilization, availability, and recovery of all corporate transport assets including vehicles, buggies, and micro-mobility
- Lead integration and transition of fleet services across vendor-delivered and in-house operational models
- Establish and enforce fleet governance policies, reporting structures, compliance standards, and decision-making frameworks
- Manage service contracts, contractor performance, staffing models, and audit and compliance requirements
- Own enterprise-wide risk and issue management across all corporate fleet operations
- Lead and develop cross-regional fleet teams, defining roles, performance expectations, and succession planning
- Act as the primary stakeholder interface for departments requiring transport services and represent fleet operations in executive forums
- Oversee fleet budgets, forecasts, and financial performance while identifying efficiency and cost-optimization opportunities
- Support procurement and commercial teams in supplier negotiations and contract reviews
- Plan future fleet demand and lead strategic initiatives including sustainability, electrification, digital transformation, asset refresh, service expansion, and insourcing programs
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate a proven track record leading large-scale fleet or mobility operations across complex operational environments
- Exhibit strong expertise in corporate fleet governance, asset management, and service delivery oversight
- Show capability in budgeting, forecasting, financial control, and commercial performance management of fleet operations
- Demonstrate experience managing vendor contracts, compliance frameworks, and operational risk across fleet services
