Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Rooms Division management within luxury hotels or resorts
- Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores and operational efficiency
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with ability to inspire and develop staff
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests, staff, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Deep knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and best practices
